The axe is hand-forged and crafted from high-quality Swedish steel at the Hults Bruk forge. Traditional production dates back to 1697, and the steel head is hammered 40-60 times to increase its density and durability. The name of this axe comes from Gunnar Ekelund, the wanderer who brought an axe of this size to the Hult Brook forge between 1870 and 1875. Take good care of your axe, and it will remain a faithful companion for many years to come.
