Hultafors HULT 1500 g Axe

Description

The Hultafors HULT 1500 g Axe is a sturdy splitting axe designed for heavier tasks, such as splitting logs and firewood. The shape of the head, combined with a slightly convex edge, makes it easy to split wood. The Hult axe has a long, straight handle to achieve maximum speed and control when splitting logs. The axe is named after Hult-the region where the Hults Bruk company was founded. Like most old Swedish place names, it describes the surrounding landscape of the area. Like all Hultafors axes, the Hult is hand-forged and made from Swedish recycled carbon steel with a carbon-neutral footprint. The handle is made of hickory (American walnut) treated with Swedish linseed oil. The axe’s leather sheath is made in Sweden from certified Swedish leather.
