Description

The Helikon-tex Light Infantry T-shirt is a cotton T-shirt featuring an image of a heavily laden soldier, which is also a reference to the Light Infantry (Lekka Piechota) competition. The characteristic T-shirt shape evolved in the early 20th century from earlier undergarments (known as the “union suit”). After World War II, T-shaped cotton T-shirts became very popular, partly thanks to Marlon Brando and James Dean, who wore them on screen.
